Buffet...Yay or Nay

Buffet style or formal dining? When you have a large gathering which do you prefer? Personally, I love buffet style. Guests are free to enjoy the food and serve themselves as they desire. I LOVE this time of year!! You may even hear me say, "It's the most wonderful time of the year" more than once!
